When you use live chat we store the name you enter and your messages. Staff accounts store an email address. We do not collect payment details — Roblox handles all purchases.
2. AI assistant
Messages sent to the AI assistant are processed to generate a reply and are not saved by us after your session ends.
3. How we use it
To answer your questions, provide support, run our communities and keep them safe.
4. Sharing
We don't sell your information. We only share it with service providers that help run this site, or when required by law.
5. Children
Our communities follow Roblox and Discord age rules. Please don't share personal details like your real name, address or phone number in chat.
6. Retention
Support chats are kept only as long as needed to help you and moderate our community.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to delete your support chat history at any time through live chat or Discord.
